Chameleon® Grow Systems will refund, exchange or upgrade products
within 90 days should you not be completely satisfied
(limited to 10 units per purchase)
Please save all packaging materials
All returned merchandise must be in original condition and include
all package contents (cords, cables, instructions, etc.) and carton
Return freight charges and 20% restocking fee applies

Shipping companies responsible for lost or damaged merchandise
Products damaged in shipping must be reported to shipping company immediately
Damage claims require photographs and description of damage within 24 hours
Please retain tracking your information to expedite your damage claim

International Orders
International orders require additional shipping time as all international freight
must go through the customs clearance process
Duties, taxes levied to international orders are the responsibility of the recipient
